Home Innovations Corporation is an authorized installer for East Coast Lumber

Home Innovations Corporation incorporated in 2002 as a ‘residential home repair & remodeling’ company serving Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts.  We have since added design capabilities, which allow us to provide integrated design/build capability for larger projects such as additions with in-law apartments, or multi-level garages.  We’ve also taken on light commercial work, such as renovating and expanding the Doberman Rescue facility in Sandown.  Our focus, though, is not so much on specific building projects but on ‘ethical remodeling’ – we solve problems and implement the solutions according to the building codes, laws, and current industry best practices for a fair price, and we warranty what we do.

We do what we say we’ll do, we return phone calls, we’re on time, we’re neat, clean and polite. We hire only non-smokers. We respect our clients, and we respect their homes; our job is to add value to both the relationship and the project.

Some specifics about us:

·         Staff members are formally trained in areas such as building or remodeling for aging-in-place (CAPS), OSHA & RRP compliance, window & door installation techniques & standards (by the manufacturers), and code compliance

·         Member of the Southern NH Home Builders & Remodelers Association, where Russ is currently serving as Vice President and is on the Board of Directors

·         Accredited member of the Better Business Bureau of NH

·         Member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire, where Russ is currently serving on the Legislative Committee

·         Member of the Build Green NH Council, which advocates for and provides educational opportunities about environmentally responsible construction practices

·         Member of the National Association of Home Builders

·         Certified Firm with the Environmental Protection Agency for performing work on pre-1978 homes in accordance with the Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) rules

·         RRP-certified in Massachusetts, and also certified in the Massachusetts ‘Home Improvement Contractor’ program

·         Selected by East Coast Lumber (Hampstead, NH) to perform window & door installations for their installed sales program
